Welding machine with smooth run

Features:

• Butt welding machine based on our proven series of SM machines with very good smooth running properties. This makes the machine ideal for processing materials with the lowest joining forces or very thin panels or boards
• Working lengths of 2 to 6 metres are possible despite the smooth running requirements thanks to an intelligent structural design
• The machine series can be ideally adapted to any customer requirement
• Fields of use include processing plastic foams, inliner production, processing injection moulded components such as transport pallets or transport bottoms
• Can be adapted to processing and fabricating transport pallets
• As a special design it can also be used to weld materials with different rheological properties. This means amongst other things, that the components to be joined can be heated differently at different heating element temperatures. This is a novelty when welding extruded material with a injection moulded quality of the same material, for example
