Pallet welding machine

Features:

• Pallet welding machine based on our long-standing, tried-and-trusted series of SML machines
• Patented synchronisation of the machine tables to produce a homogeneous welding pressure along the entire length of the weld
• Table in a sandwich design and process forces applied via proportional drives
• Holder or support systems for different pallet variants can be integrated in the machine concept if required by the product
• As a special design it can also be used to weld materials with different rheological properties. This means amongst other things, that the components to be joined can be heated differently at different heated tool temperatures and that each working table can be moved individually. This is a novelty when welding extruded material with a injection moulded quality of the same material, for example
• transport or storage pallets can be adapted to customer specifications with this type of machine. Extension/shortening, widening/narrowing as well as the attachment of skids or fenders is possible
• Simultaneous processing of several pallets possible depending on the machine's working width
• Easily understood user concept with Siemens PLC and touch screen user interface
