Patented edge sealing with optically perfect edges where the material surface is not melted and the existing surface structures or textures are not put under thermal stress
Top layers are heated from the 'inside' and fused before being pressed together and welded with embossing tools.
The shape and design of the edge seal can be modified by the design of the embossing tools.
Various working lengths possible from 2 to 6 m
Cavity boards of different thicknesses can be processed depending on the tool equipment.
