Low weight and compact for best welding resultsOur hot gas welders will convince you through their ergonomic design, compact size, low weight and unbeatable value for money. Thanks to the continuous further development of our devices, we can always offer you the latest and most innovative solutions in the field of hot gas welding technology. The devices can be used in a variety of fields to weld thermoplastic plastics, for example in apparatus and container construction, pipeline construction, ventilation construction, automotive, roof construction, landfill site technology and the motor vehicle trade. We can offer the best solution for any job. Hot gas welders from WEGENER ideally satisfy the basic technical conditions for welding in compliance with DVS guidelines.Range of Application:Tanks and containersPipeline constructionVentilation systemsAutomotiveRoofingLandfill technologyCar repairApplicationHand welding with hot gas, also called high-speed hot gas welding or hot gas welding with a torch, is one of the most established and oldest methods for welding thermoplasts. The welding wire that is used and the welding areas are plastified by hot gas (air) and welded under pressure. This method is used primarily during work with thin-walled components (max. 10 mm) and is ideal for joining precut boards for containers, channels and floor coverings. Plastic pipes for air and drinking water systems, roof gutters and window sections can also be processed with the handy hot gas welders.Hot Gas Welding TorchesFeaturesl Very handy, compact devices and slim designl Self-contained powerful air supplyl Heating element safety cutoutl Integrated output controll Duratherm3 SC2 und Autotherm4 SC2:combines the device features listed below with the powerful SC2 blower unitl Exotherm: integrated temperature control, infinitely variable adjustment of welding temperature via push button, brushless blower motor, display of the actual and targettemperature in the plaintext display and heating element safety shut off if the air support failsl Temperature range infinitely variableDT 6LItem no. 10826WEG AB 60Item no. 24528WEG AB 120LItem no. 24530Our blowers reliably supply hot gas welders with filtered and costant air volume.
